Antitrust Acknowledgement

By attending the AAI Society’s events or participating in their Proof-of-Control standard community, you agree to abide by the principles below to avoid even the appearance of violating the antitrust laws.


  • Prices: Do not discuss non-public pricing or agree on prices, rates, fees, discounts, or other price-related terms.
  • Costs: Do not discuss non-public cost information.
  • Margins: Do not discuss non-public margins or agree on target margins.
  • Customer Allocation: Do not discuss or agree to allocate customers, or encourage a competitor not to compete for a specific customer.
  • Terms of Sale: Do not agree on uniform terms of sale with competitors.
  • Employees: Do not share non-public salary data or enter into “no-poach” or “no-hire” agreements.
  • Suppliers: Do not agree with competitors to avoid certain suppliers.
  • Customers: Do not discuss or disclose non-public customer information, including the names of customers that have not been publicly disclosed.
  • Transactions and Negotiations: Do not share details about ongoing negotiations or non-public transactions, including the non-public terms of publicly known deals.
  • Product Pipeline, Investments, and Business Plans: Do not share non-public information about your product pipeline, planned investments, planned expansions, or other business plans.
  • Bid Rigging and Market Allocation: Do not discuss or agree on bid strategies, or allocate markets or geographic territories among competitors.
  • Data and Information Exchanges: Do not exchange competitively sensitive data—such as costs, production volumes, margins, or customer lists.
